We don't collect anything you type into rAInmaker itself while you're using it, that runs inside your own Claude account, not on our servers.
Our lawful basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you (fulfilling a purchase, providing support), to meet legal obligations (keeping financial records), and, where relevant, because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and keeping our records accurate. We don't rely on your consent for any of this, so there's nothing to opt back into, only rights to exercise (see section 7).
Who we share it with
Our skills are sold through Agensi, which acts as merchant of record, takes payment and handles your billing details, tax and refunds. We don't see or store your card details. Agensi's own privacy policy covers how it handles your data. We don't sell your data to anyone, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site: which pages get read, roughly where visitors are coming from, and what kind of device they're using. This helps us see what's working on the site and what isn't. We don't use analytics to build a personal profile of you, and we don't sell or share this data with anyone beyond Google, who processes it as our analytics provider under their own privacy policy.
Analytics cookies aren't set unless you accept them. When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline; nothing is collected until you accept, and declining still gives you full use of the site. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, which resets your decision so the banner reappears.

The two Google Analytics cookies are only set after you accept; sf_cookie_consent is
set either way, since it's what remembers your choice itself, and holds no information beyond
"accepted" or "declined."
This website doesn't otherwise use tracking, advertising, or third-party marketing cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order and billing records for as long as UK tax law requires, generally up to six years. Support emails are kept only as long as we need them to help you and keep a record of the conversation, and are deleted or anonymised after that.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it if it's inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete it, where we don't have a legal reason to keep it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive a copy of it in a portable format.

International transfers
Our payment provider may process your data outside the UK and EEA, including in the US, using legally recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also processes data outside the UK and EEA, including in the US, under Google's own safeguards described in their privacy policy. If you decline analytics cookies, no analytics data is collected or transferred at all. We don't otherwise transfer your data internationally.
How to complain
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, tell us first at hello@skillfaire.com and we'll try to put it right. If you're still not satisfied, you can complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our data practices or the law change. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
