It's seven playbooks and a roleplay engine, tested against 20 real sales scenarios. We wrote the rubric and ran the tests ourselves, nobody independent has audited it, and you shouldn't take a perfect score from a vendor at face value. What we can tell you is what it's failed on. Once, a seller could state an unconfirmed fact from a past session ("you said the champion was solid last time") and the coach would build on it without checking, fixed by requiring it to verify against the actual deal file first, not the seller's word alone. Once, a seller who rushed setup and left the business brief to finish later could get re-asked their name, country and language on their very next message, fixed by only re-running setup when the core profile is actually missing, not just because one lower-priority field was still blank. Yes, on rAInmaker Solo. Upload your product sheets, pricing and battlecards, or connect Google Drive or OneDrive, and it coaches against your real product instead of generic advice. It quizzes you and new starters too, on demand, on a schedule while you ramp, or whenever the knowledge base picks up something new. Get one wrong and it offers a quick info sheet to close the gap.

A team licence is on the way. For now rAInmaker is sold per person. Each seller buys their own copy and runs it on their own Claude.
